An institutional film documenting the launch of Grupo Boticário's reseller app — and the ten women chosen to lead it.

the project

Grupo Boticário is one of Latin America's largest beauty and cosmetics groups, operating through a vast network of independent resellers across Brazil. In May 2018, they launched a dedicated app to support that network — and they marked the occasion with an event at their factory in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná.

Ten resellers were selected from across the country, brought to the factory for a full day of presentations, production line visits, and a dinner. At the end of it, they were named official ambassadors of the new platform.

This film was commissioned to document that moment — not as a corporate announcement, but as a human story. The ten women who built their businesses selling Boticário products are now being recognized as the faces of the brand's next chapter.

It's the kind of film that lives internally, shown at sales meetings and onboarding sessions, but whose job is no less demanding than any public campaign: it has to make the people in it feel seen, and make everyone who watches it want to be part of what's being built.
